He has reviewed and drafted countless employment and workplace policies during the course of his practice.

Steve lectures and writes on employment law subjects for continuing legal education and various business organizations. He was a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association subcommittee responsible for drafting the MCAD Sexual Harassment Guidelines, and is currently co-chairing a committee to convert the Guidelines into formal regulations. Steve is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Boston Bar Association.
